The Property Service Department of Hennepin County’s Workplace Safety & Environmental Division wanted their first eLearning course to be a success with County employees. They also wanted to acquire their own course-authoring capabilities. Fredrickson’s partnership-approach to client service helped the Department succeed on both counts.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN DHS) and Ramsey County faced the daunting task of providing information privacy training for their own widely-dispersed staffs. In addition, they wanted to make the training available to subcontracted private sector providers and other Minnesota counties.

Park Nicollet Health Services came to Fredrickson with a novel idea for an eLearning course about pandemic flu preparedness. The resulting course won a 2008 Award of Excellence from the Twin Cities Community of the Society for Technical Communication (STC-TC).

As the result of a recent business acquisition, RCIS was faced with the need to quickly welcome over 300 new employees and orient them to the new company.

Thomson Reuters wanted to involve all of its employees in maintaining the company’s financial health. As part of this initiative, they asked Fredrickson Communications to create a quick and lively introduction to free cash flow.

Thomson wanted a more effective client-facing learning portal to maximize online training adoption and course usage by their clients.  We provided an attractive portal that made it much easier for clients to find and access online courses.
