The Property Service Department of Hennepin County’s Workplace Safety & Environmental Division wanted their first eLearning course to be a success with County employees. They also wanted to acquire their own course-authoring capabilities. Fredrickson’s partnership-approach to client service helped the Department succeed on both counts.
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (MN DHS) and Ramsey County faced the daunting task of providing information privacy training for their own widely-dispersed staffs.
