Solution: Web-based employee orientation
and industry overview.
Client: Rural Community Insurance Services
(RCIS)
Objective: As the result of a recent business acquisition,
RCIS was faced with the need to quickly welcome over 300 new employees
and orient them to the company.
Fredrickson leveraged RCIS's existing e-Learning interface
to rapidly develop two web-based training modules—a general employee
orientation and an overview of the crop insurance industry.

DHTML, JavaScript, Adobe® PhotoShop®.
