Solution: Analysis and Design

Client: Minnesota Judicial Branch

Summary: We completed a project to restructure and redesign the MJB’s intranet site, CourtNet, and to provide a template that could be used by each of the 10 Judicial Districts for their respective intranet sites. The Court’s previous intranet was regarded by many MJB staff as confusing and difficult to use. We worked closely with MJB stakeholders and representative end users throughout this project, conducting a careful analysis of user needs and preferences, creating a revised information structure and a new visual design. The response from the MJB staff was very positive. We also worked with the Communications team on creating a plan for content governance.
