Client: Minnesota Department of Children, Families, & Learning, Personnel Licensing Division (PLD)

Objective: PLD wanted to update its web site to improve the site design, navigation, and content. This site serves teachers, administrators, and other education personnel who require information and applications for education licensing.

Fredrickson helped PLD meet its goals by:

Development tools: Macromedia® Dreamweaver®, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Adobe® PhotoShop®.

Highlights: Using CSS for both formatting and layout, we created a design that is fully accessible and forward-compatible. We also employed media-specific style sheets: one for the screen and another for the printer.
