Performance Gap Assessment

Research models developed in the past few years point to eight factors that contribute to a person's performance. A gap between desired performance and optimal performance is usually caused by the lack of two or more of these factors. Each factor must be addressed to create a workable solution to the problem.

Uncover all of the causes by asking, "What is needed?" for each of the factors and take action that will address the real problem.

Rate your company on a scale from 1 to 4 according to each of the following human performance factors:
