We're located in the Warehouse District
in downtown Minneapolis. Our office is in the Textile Building.
The main entrance
to the building is to the right of Pizza Luce, near the intersection
of 4th Street North and 2nd Avenue. Take the elevator to the fifth floor.
Our office is at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevator,
in Suite 513.
Coming from the East on I-94:

Take 94 West to
the 5th Street exit.

Follow 5th Street
(it's a one-way street and winds around the Metrodome).

When it deadends at the light rail turn left.

Turn right onto 7th Street.

Cross Hennepin and
go to 2nd Avenue North.

Turn right onto
2nd Avenue North (one-way), go one block and cross 4th Street.

Turn left into the
4th Street parking garage.
Our Textile Building entrance, 119 North 4th Street, is located diagonally
across the street from the parking garage, beside Pizza Luce. We are
in suite 513.
Coming from the South on I-35W:

Take 35W North.

Take MN-65 downtown exit this will turn into 5th Avenue.

Turn left onto 7th Street.

Cross Hennepin Avenue

Turn right onto 2nd Avenue (one-way), cross 4th Street,
and turn left into the 4th St. parking garage on the corner.
Our Textile Building entrance, 119 North 4th Street, is located diagonally
across the street beside Pizza Luce. We are in suite 513.
Coming from the West on I-394:

Take 394 East and follow the Downtown Exit signs.

Stay in the left lane, following the 4th Street signs.

When you come to the stop light at the top of the
ramp, turn left onto 2nd Avenue North and immediately turn left again
into the 4th Street parking garage on the corner.

Coming from the North/Northeast
on I-35W:
Due to the collapse of the I-35W bridge over the Mississippi, please refer to the MN Department of Transportation for the most current information on detours.

Coming from the North/Northwest
on I-94:

Take I-94 East to the Downtown 4th Street exit.

Turn left at the first stop light, at 4th Street
and 2nd Avenue North.

Turn immediately left into the 4th Street Parking
Garage on the corner.

Parking Information
A public parking ramp, the 4th Street Garage, is located diagonally
across the street from the Textile Building (see directions above).
Enter the ramp from the left lane of 2nd Avenue North (a one-way avenue)
just past the intersection with N. 4th Street.
There are also a limited number of parking
meters on the nearby streets.
