We hire a new employee when we begin a client project that requires more team members than are available from existing staff.

Who we hire
We look for people with demonstrated experience or strong potential. When we review resumes and conduct interviews, we evaluate people according to the following four criteria:

Experience

Interpersonal skills
Outstanding analytical, information gathering, and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with a variety of people.
Experience working on teams, in corporate settings, and in a project mode. Responsive to the needs and concerns of colleagues and clients.
Professionalism Versatility
Shares values of integrity, honesty, and listening. Ability to work in both paper and online media.
Demonstrates a customer service orientation. Ability to adapt to new work environments and project teams as one project wraps up another begins.
Understands the roles in a consulting firm. Ability to perform well on projects that range from a few weeks in duration to a year or more.
